Poor conversion?

Hi everyone I am new. I was diagnosed hypothyroid 2012 and I don't seem to convert T4 to T3 very well. After getting recent results I would like to add T3 back in despite endo taking it away saying it wouldn't help me so how do I go about this please. Symptoms are tiredness, watery eyes, hard stool, numbness in legs, puffy eyes, headaches, bone pain, heavy periods and weight gain.

(All tests done fasting and leaving 24 hours between Levo and blood draw and 12 hours between T3 and blood draw and done early morning before 9am)

I've just had my T3 stopped too but my GP gave me a private prescription which I sent off to Germany and bought there at a much more reasonable price than I could in the UK.

Your results in Jan looked perfect. How did you feel then?

Would suspect that you now have low vitamins. Have you had vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 tested? If so put results on new post

Do you have Hashimoto's (high antibodies) ?

Yes that means the cause is autoimmune thyroid disease also called Hashimoto's

Very common to have low vitamin levels if under medicated, as you now are

Ask GP to test or private testing is available
