I'm happy to say I,ve now been prescribed T3.Im assuming I take the Thyroxin and t3 together as I forgot to ask Endo.

Hi Clutter, I,ve been prescribed 30mg.I was taking 100mcg Thyroxin but it has been reduced to 50mcg.

That's quite an overall dose increase. 30mcg T3 is equivalent to 90mcg Levothyroxine so the combination 30mcg T3 + 50mcg Levothyroxine is equivalent to 140mcg Levothyroxine.

I would divide 30mcg into 3 x divided doses until you know how you tolerate T3. You can take the first 10mcg dose with 50mcg Levothyroxine.
