Blood test results

Hi all got my bloods done recently as feel rubbish: results are TSH:4.7 and FT4: 21.0

Am on 150mcg Levo for the last 3 years

Any advide on how to feel better, low mood, cant lose weight, no energy etc

You need to include the ranges next to your results (they are in brackets following your result). It is necessary to have nutrients checked as well as they are critical to converting dosage properly. So have your GP test ferritin, folate, B12 and Vit D - if not luck go to the Thyroid UK site and look for the link to private labs testing. Have your free T3 level tested as well as your GP failed to obtain. Or ask for a referral to an Endo as they can request both free T's for testing. And always remember to fast before labs (water OK) and no Levo for 24 hours prior.

Do you take any supplements or any other medications?

Your TSH is surprisingly high for a Free T4 of 21, but then I don't know the range for either of them, so I'm not sure whether they are really high or not.
