5-10 hair fall by scratching (hair condition)

So I scratched my scalp (not just one scratch, off) and notice that hair fall off (like 5-10 strands). Generally, is it normal for everyone?

If you Google 'How much hair is shed daily' or similar, you'll see that the average woman loses 50-100 strands a day.
