Many thanks to those who replied to my posts I'm taking everything on board and trying my best to make all the supplement changes etc to manage my condition .
Incidentally if anyone can shed any light on the results I am given in my bloods for high mean haemoglobin I would be very interested if it's due to thyroid or something that has been overlooked by the gp as no mention was made to me about this at GPs appt and first I knew of this was when I did as you advised and had blood results printed to post in here . This could be why I'm so breathless x

MCH 32.9 is so mildly over range it really isn't likely to be significant if the rest of your red blood cell count is normal.
High MCH can indicate B12, folate deficiency and hypothyroidism. Your B12 and folate look okay to me but your TSH is a little high so that could be why MCH is a little high too.
