Hi,, im new to this, just wondering if anyone has any advice, seen a endo after paying to go private, he then referred me back to nhs, Seem to have all usual hypothyroid symptoms, weight gain ( cant seem to loose any, no matter how much excersie i do) , dry skin, headache, no energy , lack concentration etc, he has agreed to trial me on t3, my blood results are THS 0.13 ( 0.38 - 5.33) FT3 4.8 ( 3.8 - 6.2) . Any advice ?

Do you know if you have Hashimoto's, also called autoimmune thyroid. Have you got high antibodies

If so you might need to consider gluten free diet too

Do you have recent tests for vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12

Common that these are low due to hypo affecting gut, with low stomach acid and food intolerances,, usually gluten
