Vitamin B12 654 Range 197-771

This is considered OK. Recommended level is very top of range, even 900-1000 for us hypos. My level was just a few poins different from yours. I supplemented sublingual methylcobalamin lozenges 1000mcg and when retested (although retesting whilst supplementing B12 will never be completely accurate, it just shows you are supplementing) it showed just over 1000 so I now supplement 3 times a week. It's up to you if you want to raise your level.

Folate serum 11.3 Range >2.9

This is good. But if you do supplement with B12 you will need a good B Complex to balance all the B vitamins.

Ferritin 58 Range 13-150

Ferritin is recommended to be half way through it's range, with an absolute minimum of 70 for thyroid hormone to work. Personally, I wouldn't get into iron supplements with that level because they're such a faff to fit around thyroid meds (needs four hour gap) and other medication and supplements (needs a two hour gap) but you could if you wished. I would recommend eating liver regularly, maximum 200g weekly due to the high Vit A content. This raised my ferriin. Also eat los of iron rich foods.

C Reactive protein 1.6 Range < 5.0

This is fine.

25 OH Vitamin D 54 Range 50 - 200

Recommended level for Vit D is 100-150nmol/L according to the Vit D Council. My suggestion would be to supplement maybe 4000-5000iu D3 daily for 3 months then retest. When the recommended level has been reached, reduce to a maintenance dose which may be 2000iu daily, it's trial and error and it's recommended to retest once or twice a year to keep within the recommended range.

There are important cofactors needed when taking D3 vitamindcouncil.org/about-v...

D3 aids absorption of calcium from food and K2-MK7 directs the calcium to bones and teeth where it is needed and away from arteries and soft tissues where it can be deposited and cause problems.

D3 and K2 are fat soluble so should be taken with the fattiest meal of the day, D3 four hours away from thyroid meds.

Magnesium comes in different forms, check to see which would suit you best and as it's calming it's best taken in the evening, four hours away from thyroid meds naturalnews.com/046401_magn...

Check out the other cofactors too.

Once you've reached the recommended levels you don't stop supplementing, you reduce to a maintenance dose, if you stop levels will fall again.
