NDT dose increase

Hi

I have recently started Naturethroid and am on quarter grain first thing in the morning and another quarter 6 hours later. I want to raise my dose. Do i increase dose to morning and afternoon dose or do i take another quarter at a different time?

My temp has gone up to 36.7 which is very near optimum. Have some insomnia which i am trying to manage and also have developed back ache which i am hoping isn't adrenal related. Definitely better than on levo.

If you were sensitive to NDT it may be better to increase by 1/4 grain added to your morning dose and if you need a further increase you can add it to the afternoon dose.
