"What the Health?" Documentary

I just saw the "Forks Over Knives" and "What the Health?" Documentaries this week on Netflix and was wondering if anyone has seen them? thoughts?

I admit I was initially very resistant watching, but the research was compelling and The China Study was the real deal.

Have you applied the recommendations and to what effect?
