Swollen feet on holisay

I'm currently on holiday and my feet are ballooning every day. This is new to me. I wondered if it is linked to my Hashimoto's and whether I can do anything to help it? Thanks.

My wife always has swollen feet on holiday in hot places and after flights or long drives and has not a thyroid problem as far as we know.
