It can be low B12, have you had it checked? But it can be connected with hypothyroidism.
Hi yes ..my last result was..
Serum vit b12 487 (160.00-1000.00)..
I have been taking a sublingual 1000ug B12 alongside a vit b complex for last few weeks...I have no idea what the level is now or if/when to stop taking it??
Personally, I wouldn't stop taking B12/B Complex. I got my B12 up to around 1000 and I keep it there. I worked out that taking 1000mcg x 5 days a week took it a bit too high so I now supplement 3 x a week, I want to keep it around the 1000 mark. Also, I continue the B Complex to keep my folate level good and it's also a good supplement to support adrenals.
Thanks I will continue with the B's ....
