I have a query about coffee

Hi, do you recommend coffee for hypothyroidism? If so when should it be taken? at what quantity? Thanks

There's no reason not to drink coffee because you are hypothyroid but you should take Levothyroxine an hour before drinking coffee or two hours after as coffee reduces absorption by up to 40%.
