Help me identify what bit me please

So I guess u can only post one picture at a time... but this is the best picture that shows the hole where I was struck

My entire leg is completely swollen now I'm going on a day now.

I live in Tennessee

The bite was very painful/instant and it hurt but especially hurt when I woke up the next day I couldn't even walk ..

I have took Benadryl and ice packs .. nothing is taking the swelling down... it still is very tender I can stand but it's very painful and my leg feels like it's locking

I have vomited this morning... and I have diahrea .. I was woozy feeling but that went away .. just the very hard piercing pain is left and the swelling is getting out of hand. My entire back of my thigh is blood red and tender
