If you are still undermedicated that may be why you have fluid retention. Post your results and ranges in a couple of days and we'll be able to advise whether dose needs increasing.
You need to make it clear that you want a dose increase and that 0.38 -1.0 is also in range and you are likely to feel better there.
Propranolol may reduce conversion but it doesn't stop it. Best to hold off T3 and wait and see how you do optimally dosed on liquid thyroxine if you can.
if she dont agree ill increase anyway, somehow ive managed to get more liquid than i should have as its on repeat and i tend to tick everything at once so they wouldnt even know
remember back in the early days when i was on thyroxine tablets and going to the drs every other day saying how ill i was........she is the dr that told me she was on 175mcg thyroxine daily and has never been ill
The 40mg Fruismide doesn't seem to be having much of an effect does it? Have you been given some potassium with that?
You could ask your GP for an urgent referal to the Lympthoedema Clinic /Service. You could phone the Lympthoedema Nurse for advice on how long you'd have to wait.
Could also ask GP for urgent appoinment to Podiatry.
