63.7 nmol/L
From what I understand this is adequate? If somebody could advise I would be very grateful

It depends were you live in the UK on what result is adequate.
In my area of London you need to have a result 75nmol/L plus to be considered adequate.
As the boundaries for vitamin D adequacy vary around the country on here we tend to go with regions that require you to have a higher level. So in your case I would try and get my level higher to at least 75nmol/l but preferably 100nmol/l.
Are you supplementing?
I'm not currently supplementing no
If you have never supplemented it means you are good at making vitamin D via your skin. So if it is sunny where you are I would get out in the sun more daily without sun cream making sure you don't burn.
Once October comes around depending on your level you will probably need to supplement. Though I would retest first. The reason to do this is that vitamin D is toxic at high doses and if you are good at making vitamin D through the skin you won't want supplement and get a high level.
Would it be worth supplementing say once a week? Or should I literally wait until October time?
Wait until the autumn before you do anything
I'm only saying this due to your hobbies as that means you get into the direct sun free from pollution unlike most posters here.
I suspect you are likely to be an individual who will need to supplement late-October to March but at a low level if you continue your hobbies in the sumner..
