Took last NDT 24 hrs before my blood test...

Just wondered if you could advise me on my latest blood test and how much I need to adjust my T3 result by: FT3 4.8 (2.8-5.7).

I'm currently on 4 grains of Nature Throid. I think I recall someone commenting that you need to adjust by 20% if you have left a 24hr gap between dose and blood test, which would take me to the very top of the range...

Extrapolating 4.8 by +20% estimates normal circulating FT3 to be 6.1. I wouldn't bother to adjust dose unless you feel over medicated but if it worries you reducing dose by 1/4 grain should be sufficient.

Many thanks for replying to the post Clutter. I don't feel over medicated at all, so will stick with 4 grains.
