Massive improvement in tsh ?

I got blood test results back today and my tsh which has hovered around 0.01 for the last two years has gone to 1.92 sorry don't know the ranges . My t4 has come down from 17. 6 to 11.3 ( 10-26 ) . I currently have been taking 5mg of carbimazole every other day . I understand that my carbimazole will be probably be stopped as it's now in the lower end of range . I am excited about the tsh as it's the best it's ever been but I don't fully understand how this is looking ? . Any help appreciated. The only things I have done differently is drink kefir daily and exercise for the last six weeks . Thank you in advance for any help .

Hi, do you have Graves? My experience is that my levels for freeT4 & freeT3 were pushed to the bottom of the ranges to allow TSH to go up I had about 12 months (ish) of results and was told to stop taking carbimazole it as I don't have Graves I went straight back on meds.
