If you are on T4, it usually takes about six weeks for a dose to be gradually absorbed as it is slow to convert to T3. So you have to be patient although it does seem like an eternity waiting every day hoping that tomorrow if you are going to feel better
I hope your doctor has suggested another blood test after 6 weeks to retest. That is the only way you can check it was the right thing to do so please post your results and ranges when you get them. It may be that you still need another raise or it may show you are now overmedicated so then you can alternate the two doses and see if that works for you but hopefully it could show things are good
