I've just ordered the Thyroid Check Plus and wondered if there's anything i need to do in preparation? I take a B supplement, Zinc, Vit D and Floridix and just wondered if i should take these as usual?

Topaz123 - leave off the B Complex for a few days if it contains Biotin (B7) as it can skew thyroid results.

Floradix I would leave off for a week, that is the usual advice for iron supplements.

The others, just take after the test not before.
