43hippychic, your TSH is a bit on the high side and free Ts a bit low for a treated hypo patient. The aim generally is for TSH to be 1 or below or wherever it is needed for FT4 and FT3 to be in the upper part of their respective reference ranges. You could probably do with an increase in your Levo.
I can't comment on Hba1c.
I see from one of your other posts that you have COPD. I also have COPD plus bronchiectasis, and know how you can be affected by it. It can make you feel unwell with breathlessness, tiredness, aches and pains in lungs, so sometimes we don't know what it is making us feel cr@p.
If you have to take antibiotics and steroids, they can affect how your Levo works if a long enough gap isn't left between them. Also, your inhalers may make a difference.
What are the results of your vitamin and mineral tests, the actual numbers with reference ranges? Are you taking any supplements?
Hi there - is the Hba1c results in mmol/mol?
Ah sorry just seen your previous post and saw you were diabetic. You could try and control your levels a little better? I used to have blood sugar level issues and found it helpful to eat according to food's glycemic Index if you haven't tried this before. I avoided the high GI foods and kept to the medium and low and made sure I ate low stuff along with the higher stuff to even it out. Also eating smaller amounts and little more often can help stabilise it a little more. Apologies if you're already doing this
Mine actually got better after going GF and there is research in rats that indicate gluten free can be helpful in diabetes so might be worth a try too?
