In my desperation to cure what I think is a nasty attack of Candida I bought this product but not sure how to take it! Apart from diet, shall I combine it with anything else? Any experiences out there?

I've never heard of it, I must admit, but it gets quite a lot of good reviews on Amazon, and people may mention how they took it in their reviews, so doing some reading would be a good idea.

And I found an old document produced by Thorne Research which was interesting :

The instruction from Thorne don't suggest any special way of taking it, other than taking it 2 or 3 times a day.

Thank you humanbean I have checked some of those but I have also found different instructions by users, nutritionists etc so I was wondering if anyone in the community has any tips. It is confusing if I should take it with a meal or in between on an empty stomach. I ll keep on looking

It's not what you asked, but my herbalist friend threads peeled pricked garlic cloves with cotton, & inserts them as a tampon to treat thrush.
