When during the day did you get your results? How many days after sending them did it take to get the results?

I got my results within a couple of days. It was later in the day when I received the email to say they were ready

Thank you!

Ok, I guess I have to be patient then.

Have you checked your spam folder? It may have ended up where it shouldn't have.

I've never used Medichecks myself, but I gather results are posted into your account on the website somehow. Perhaps you should check there?

For thyroid tests, I post mine before 10am using the Medichecks envelope and get the results the next day around 3-5PM. I usually ask for express results though as I don't require a doctor's comment.

I guess it takes a few more hours for the doctor to review and comment.

Ok, thanks!

You didn't send it next day guarantee then?

No, I used to do that when I was ordering some expensive non-thyroid tests and wanted peace of mind being able to track the package.

I now know from experience that the Medichecks envelope gets there on the next day if I send it before 10am. I send from the post box outside my local sorting office, my local post office also has a collection around 11am so I can use that too.

I've always thought the Thyroid blood stays pretty well preserved anyways since it clots in that Gold microtainer. I would be a bit more concerned about preservation of the purple microtainers where there blood has to stay fluid.

Only used them for the first time a month or so ago. Like SimonA87, sent mine one morning and received the email the following afternoon.

You can always log into your medichecks account and see if they are there just in the case the email has gone to junk.

I've noticed that if you log into MyMedichecks and go to Order History and click on your order, the result status will say "Pending" if the result is not back from the lab, it will be blank if the result is back from the lab but the doctor still needs to comment and it will say "Uploaded" if it's ready for you to view.

Maybe that's not correct but that was the impression I got.
