As eeng said, how do you feel? Lab tests can't tell that. Besides that, you need to reduce your thyroid antibodies, (your picture is a little hard to read though, so I don't feel certain as to the specifics of them.) Izabella Wentz provides a lot of good information on how to do that: (some free, some paid. The paid stuff is worthwhile.)

It's not up to your doctor to be 'happy' with results unless you are too with no clinical symptoms.

You need a small increase in levo to bring your TSH to 1 or lower. B12 could be higher, aim for 1,000 so supplement with B12, sublingual methylcobalamin tablets. Vit D should be higher. I am not so good at bloods so you will be given advice re D and any others that are too low.
