i have an anteverted and bulky uterus (what ever that means)
2 small intramural fibroids biggest being 11mm
the endometrium is smooth and measures 8mm in thickness
both ovaries clear

Anteverted means tilted towards the bladder. Bulky means enlarged. Fibroids can cause a bulky uterus.
