I've noticed I'm getting this within about 20 mins of taking my T3.
It's a peculiar feeling - more like a vibration. Lasts about 10-15 mins and happens every time.
Anyone else get this? Or any other symptoms shortly after ingestion of NDT/T3?

NDT, feet tingle a little for about 2 hours, odd little jerky body tremors while relaxing on the couch, slight head spins or dissyness. This is good - you have the NDT tune about right. Stretch your arms out in front of you and almost touch fingers - there should be a slight tremor. Use your symptoms to fine turn your NDT dosage daily. Its not acknowledged by some but you need to fine tune NDT dose daily (+ - 30mg), it very much depends on your levels of exercise/exertion , season (hot cold), stress levels, clothing, wind chill etc.
I dont take T3on it own but as part of a ndt. I take twitches to mean I am slightly toxic ie overloaded. So two options: you can try splitting the dose in two and spacing them apart by a couple or more hours to see if that evens things out a bit more or if you feel you are overall over cooked you could try reducing the overall daily dose a little by taking slightly less.
A slight tremor to me tells me I am over cooked, am intermittamt ome tells me one of my ndt doses is too high and I need to keep the overall daily dose the same but rebalance the doses -I take my ndt three times per day for best results for me but everyone is different.
Yes agree re rebalance the doses, I shift 30mg from my 10pm 60mg dose back to 5pm if I'm feeling cold or anxious. Normally I take 60mg 6am, 60mg 11pm and 60 mg at 10pm. But if I run, swim or go sailing , I'll often take another 30mg just prior to activity. You wouldn't do it more than 1 or two days consecutively or you will go Hyper. I use the little side effects as a guide to maximize dosage.

This is called Tetany. It's intermittent muscular spasms, caused by malfunction of the parathyroid glands and a consequent deficiency of calcium. This can happen anywhere in the body, but for some reason the the lower eye lid seems to be the most common. I have it everywhere. So it's to do with the T3. It will fix itself when the thyroid gets better. You need to make sure also that you have proper amounts of magnesium, potassium and calcium. And if you take calcium, you need also vitamin D3 and K2 to absorb it. I recommend treatment for the thyroid with a functional medical doctor.
Could it be B12 ?
After Nutri Adrenal Extra is out of stock, I have twitchy eye and weakness on T3 alone.
Thanks to all who posted. It's given me a lot to think about.....
