Although I eat gluten free my advice is to avoid the made up breads and pastas as far as you can. They are packed with sugar and chemicals - just look at the list of ingredients. I keep a loaf of sliced gluten free bread in the freezer and every now and again have a slice as a treat but it is not staple part of my diet. It is no bad thin g to scale down the amount of carbs you eat anyway.

I agree, although Sainsburys gf bread from the instore bakery is delicious! I make my own baked stuff generally though, then I know what's in it :-) But I agree, cutting down on that stuff isn't a bad idea. I reckon that's why I lost weight!
