You really do. TSH SHOULD BE 1 OR UNDER WHEN ON HORMONE REPLACEMENT. Your T3+4 are just scraping the bottom. From what I've seen looking at the posts on this wonderful site, 100 of Thyroxine per day is a small dose. You will need your bloodtest to be as early in the morning as possible, you may drink water but take no food and certainly miss out the Thyroxine for 24 hours. It might be a good idea to have your folate, feriitin, vit d and b12 tested. These need to be near the top of the range for Thyroxine to work well. When you have your printout you will be able to suppliment vitamins acordingly. Perhaps too get antibodies looked at when bloodtesting to see if you're affected Hashimoto Toxothyrosis, this is an autoimune disease, one may be helped by going gluten free should your result be positive. Good luck.
Thank you for this! Ferritin etc are on another thread. Hashimotos is confirmed with positive antibodies

You have an Autoimmune Thyroid Disease called Hashimoto's and it means the antibodies will attack your gland, sometimes too much and at other times not so much until you are hypothyroid. The treatment for both is the same.
Going gluten-free can help reduce the attack of antibodies. Many members have found it helpful.

Hashi's is the commonest form of hypothyridism.
Always get a print-out with the ranges for your own records and you can post if you have a query.
