Thyroid complex supplements

Hi

Has anyone taken "thyroid complex " it meant to support a healthy thyroid function ?

Which one? There are so many. And, most of them have iodine in them, which is really not recommended. I don't think they support the thyroid at all - stimulate, maybe, but that's not what we want.

Thank you it's called thyroid complex and yes it has iodine in it

Perhaps I won't take it !
