It indicates you don't have coeliacs although if you have stomach issues, you may want to consider trying a gluten free diet anyway as coeliacs blood test is unreliable and can only be ruled out by endoscopy which they are unlikely to refer you for.

You don't have TPO thyroid antibodies but there are also thyroglobulin antibodies which have not been tested which you would also need to check to rule out autoimmune thyroid disease for certain

Antinuclear antibodies can be looked at in things like lupus but this has also come back negative.
