Your FT3 is very low, FT4 could be higher. So you could need increase in dose of Levothyroxine, but GP will only look at low TSH and probably want to reduce dose, not increase it!

With Hashimoto's it's common to be poor converter.

Are you on strictly gluten free diet? If not that's likely next step to try

And possibly dairy free too, at least initially.

Are you aware of possible gut symptoms from dairy or gluten? Sometimes it's not at all obvious

Your ferritin is on low side so eating liver once a week should help improve

Pity there's no vitamin D test result

Do you supplement vitamin D ?

Can test via vitamindtest.org.uk £28

Achy joints is classic symptom of low vitamin D, as is insomnia

Yes I had looked at them

Nothing of note for thyroid

Was it done at different time of day. TSH was a bit higher

no both early morning but one on waking another about an hour later 4 days apart.just wondering if theres anything else not right in bloods. have been gluten free yeast free and sugar free for two years drink goats milk rather then dairy or cocnut milk made little difference sadly as bloating remains the biggest issue .

So which brand of Levothyroxine do you take? If you need to be lactose free you need to be on Teva

So is this result after 6-8 weeks on Teva?

Or did you change more recently

katehugh in reply to SlowDragon

Recently about 4 weeks

Is it worse on Teva than previous brand ?

Lots of people don’t get on with it. But it’s the only lactose free one
