Tissue transglutaminsase is negative for coeliac disease as long as your friend was eating normal amounts of gluten daily for up to six weeks prior to the blood test.
eGFR >90 means your friend has good kidney function.
Without the lab ref ranges in addition to the results there is no way to interpret the other tests.
Your friend should have been eating gluten for at least six weeks before the tissue transglutaminase test (tTg) otherwise the result will be negative even if the friend is gluten intolerant. Dairy doesn't affect the tTg.
