I get breathless when I'm really ill. Or have a cough for to long. But I've got assumer tenders thou.

I get very breathless when I'm low in t4.

Might be worth asking your doctor for a blood test to check B12, ferritin, folate, and VitD. When my B12 was low breathlessness was the first symptom that drove me to the doctor.

I'm awaiting blood results from medicheck, hopefully it will show up! Also I've got quite unfit these days driving everywhere!
