Congratulations and don't be too worried as you are taking thyroid hormone replacements and doctor has increased your dose.
This is a link which may be helpful but the doctor should take a blood test regularly and members who've had successful pregnancies will respond.
Biiyyaa,
Congratulations ! ! ...
Doctors ascertain thyroid levels using the TSH level (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) and adequate thyroid hormone replacement will keep your TSH a healthy low. This is required because there is evidence of increased fatal loss and psychomotor & IQ deficits in infants born to mothers with inadequate thyroid hormone.
You have only recently started medicating thyroid hormone replacement so may require more medication increases to achieve and sustain the low TSH.
NICE states TSH should be kept low-normal range (0.4–2.0 mU/L) and an FT4 concentration in the upper reference range. Ensure your doctor keeps testing every six weeks and ask to be referred to a specialist.
Lots of luck.
