Yes I do. 50-100mcg Levo plus 1-2 grains Nature-Throid.

My concern is T4 it has dropped from 15.3 to 12.64 in 3 months whilst on NDT T3 has come down a little by .50 . I am on 2 grains of NDT , how much levo can i take to improve T4?

Also thyroglubin antibodies a whopping 414.6

Do you take levo and ndt together ?

Hi Cottage,

I take my NatureThroid twice a day and my Synthroid once but take them separately. I have almost nonT4 at this point but just started doing this. I actually am just in the first two weeks of the new prescription. I have been taking NT for two years.

Not sure how much you could take but I know its a slow process.

Ok interesting how much are you taking i am on 2 grains and have 25mcg available

Thank you, i am feeling alot bettet reducing by 1/2 grain, no more afternoon slumps, and losing weight
