Harcombe Diet - Impressed! (update to previous post)

Wasn't sure whether to tag on to end of last thread for anyone following or is it best to start a new thread?

Anyhoo I promised to update for anyone interested and I am delighted that I have lost 16lbs to date since following the diet. I did put 2lbs back on but that was over Easter when I ended up sneaking bits of the kids chocolate whoops!

So anyone thinking of giving this a try I would really encourage you, it has been the only thing that has helped me lose weight since being diagnosed Hashi's last year.
