Hashimotos IgA, IgM and IgG all come back normal

My antibodies all come back normal, cortisol normal, tsh T3, T4 all in range, on AIP diet all inflammation gone, all ladies hormones normal. Why can't I Lose weight?! Any ideas?!

It would help if you gave us the actual numbers, rather than saying 'inmrange' or 'normal'.

I think normal means in range - but it is where you are in the range that is key !

Tsh 0.01 Ft3 6.6 and Ft4 17.4

I did have high cortisol last year, since then it has been back to normal for the last 6 months, been tested for all sorts only one that hasn't been tested is testosterone, im on AIP diet now so all my previous inflammation has gone, but can't lose weight 🙁
