Itchy rash

Hi I have a really itchy rash on my back have had this before but to a lesser degree.Anti histamine not working any suggestions??

Any change in thyroid medication? (dose or brand) Any new supplements or foods which may be causing the itching?

Nothing I can think of have been taking Nature throid for 3 months but don't think that is the cause.Probably just another Hashimotos symptom!

I get itchy skin if the sugar level in my diet goes up, for one reason or another.
