Could someone give me a clue as to what to make of these antibody results?
TSH Receptor Antibodies:
H 0.87 0 - 0.81 Negative
0.81 - 3.00 Borderline
>3.00 - Positive

Anti- Thyroidperoxidase Abs H 92.2 <34
Anti-Thyroglobulin Abs 50.1 <115
Do I actually have Hashimotos and Graves in tandem?
Thanks in advance.

The TRab result is equivocal ie it is not negative but not conclusively positive. Thyroid peroxidase is positive for Hashimoto's. Thyroid peroxidase is often present in Graves disease so you may have Graves and Hashimoto's in tandem.
No, not at the moment, although I did follow that eating protocol about 18 months ago.
My TPO and Tgab are elevated, but not wildly so - I'm euthyroid at the moment - but it was the TSH reading that I have just had done that was of additional interest, as I'd been treated as a Graves patient in Jan 2014.
It looks as though I have Hashimotos and Graves together. It'll be interesting to see how it unfolds! And how to deal with it when active..
