It could be a wide range of things.

Things to do as a start are:

1. Write a note in your diary after the incidents stating what happened, what you were doing before the incident, what you ate/drank and the weather conditions. This is to see if there are any patterns or any triggers. If there are ones you or anyone else you know can see then you can avoid them.

2. Get your blood pressure checked. You can do this at a pharmacy or at your GPs reception. Make a note of the result, and if you are in a pharmacy ask them if your result in the normal range otherwise look it up. If not normal then you need to see your GP asap

3. Read the patient information leaflets of ALL the medication you take to see if any of your symptoms and signs are mentioned in the side effects. If there are you need to go back to your GP asap.
