You are aware you can have both conditions at the same time?
However you are more likely to have various vitamin and iron deficiencies and have an under medicated thyroid.
You need to get your folate, vitamin B 12, vitamin D and iron (ferritin and haemoglobin) levels tested. You also need to know your free T3 and free T4 levels not just your TSH.
The vitamins and iron need to be optimal for your thyroid hormones to work properly.
You need to get ALL your test results and ranges.
Most doctors will only test haemoglobin as part of a full blood count (or complete blood count) and refuse to test free T3 so you have to specify ask for these tests or like most of us on here do the tests privately.
Are you being treated for hypothyroidism? Have you been prescribed levothyroxine?
You say diagnosed for a second time. It's not an infection that gets better given time. It shows that your thyroid gland is not working as hard as it should so needs help. Once you've got it you should be on treatment for life. The blood tests are then used to monitor your progress and dosage.
Find out as much as you can. A good place to start is the Thyroid UK website at
thyroiduk.org.uk/tuk/index....
Post your blood test results here, with ranges and others will help.
