So i came across this site valleythyroidinstitute.com/ the doctor claims that he has reversed thyroid symptoms without the use of medication. Im curious as to what this protocol is. anyone ever heard of this or tried? and is willing to share this protocol?

The last book I finished reading was this one by Datiz Kharrazian. It's quite informative and I did learn a lot but when the author talks about supplements I think it presents more questions than answers. There's so many things he recommends and I wouldn't feel comfortable taking them unsupervised. He does however recommend seeing a qualified specialist who can help but then often specialists have their own ideas.

Another popular author of thyroid info is Izabella Wentz.

She has a website, a facebook page, and she has written a book which gets good reviews on Amazon.

(And I've just discovered she has a second book coming out in May.)
