Quite a few of us do. What do you want to know?
You have to eat food in with iron.
Great foods for building iron level are Spinach,Kale, basically dark green leafy vegs. Red Meat, Liver, Beans. Nuts. I have this deficiency and it very challenging, but I try to eat healthy most times. Good Luck.
