Hypothyroid + Millet?

Can someone please remind me whether it is ok to eat millet? I usually add millet flakes when I make up some muesli and now that the mornings are getting a bit warmer I can eat that with hot milk instead of cooking oats or quinoa for breakfast.

Are you on thyroid hormone replacement? If so, millet shouldn't be a problem. But, if you start having flu like symptoms a short while after eating it, then stop eating it. If it disagrees with you, you'll know!

Thanks greygoose. I am on NDT. Will watch out for flu symptoms.
