Cortisol results. Any opinions welcome.

Hello, I'm new to this site and as far as I know I don't have a thyroid problem, although tsh has moved from 0.28 up to 1.4 recently. Not sure if that is significant win any way.

I wondered if anyone could give me any thoughts on my cortisol results.

I wasn't sure where to post them, hope no-one minds me posting here!

Saliva cortisol: 8 am 7.05 (14-21) low

12 noon 2.35 (4-9) low

4 pm 0.50 (2.5-7) low

before bed 1.29 (0.8-4.5) normal.

These were done by blue horizon. My GP then ordered a serum cortisol 9 am, which was: 210 (140-690).

I have a tonne of symptoms, all within the realms of adrenal insufficiency symptoms.

Any thoughts on these results would be most welcome. Also opinions on whether can/should push for further testing/ referral.

Kindest regards

Charlotte
