Latest thyroid results please can I have some advice I am taking 100mg of levothyroxine

FREE T3 2.9 ( 3.1-6.8)

I know I am under medicated I have some T 3 tablets available but not sure how much to take thank you

Apple0 - there's no history on your Profile about you i.e. when diagnosed, with what etc but I do know you are hypo due to taking levothyroxine.

Have you tried increasing levothyroxine first as your TSH is too high and Frees too low.

Hi was diagnosed with hashimotos 2012. thank you will increase thyroxine first and retest

Allow about six weeks at least on new dose before test. Also new research has shown that a combination of T4/T3 suits many people who don't feel well on levo only. If you went that route you'd have to source your own T3 from then on. Maybe even try another 25mcg increase after your six weeks. Go by how you feel on each inrease. We used to be prescribed between 200 and 400 mcg of NDT before the blood tests came into force along with levo.
