The past 3/4 wks I've started back to my exercise regime after months off. Could this be a factor?

Had a FBC also and nothing came up.

FT4 and FT3 are good so the most likely explanation for aching bones and joints is over exercising. Perhaps you need to take it a little easier.

An alternative explanation is low vitD and iron. You could ask your GP to test.
