Hi I was diagnosed with graves disease in 2011 and had my thyroid out in 2013 things seemed much better but these past few months all my old symptoms are coming back dry skin, heart palpitations, double vision, temors and now my hearing is going I'm told my thyroid levels are fine and have been referred back to endo anybody any idea's what they might do to help me?

Get a print-out with the ranges from your doctor and post for comments.

Are you on any replacement thyroid medication? Some of those symptoms look like hypo ones.

Would it be possible, as shaws said, to get a print out from your GP of your test results? Post them up with ranges for members to comment.

Also have you had Vit 12, Vit D, Folate and Ferritin tested recently? Any deficiencies in these can stop the conversion of T4 to T3.

Selenium helps with the above too, 200mcg daily.

Hypo symptoms back

Symptoms came back after doing ok on wp thyroid fir a few months. The pills changed how they look...

so doc says to me.. 'well, why do you think its your thyroid that makes you struggle to swallow?'...

Some blood results back, opinions

Ok so some of my bloods have come back. FBC and CRP etc. My thyroid results have not been released...
