Need help

Hi I just joined this group today. I have been having symptoms of extreme tiredness, weight gain, constipation, brain fog for 4 years now. Have visited my Gp and had bloods done which she said are fine ! Am loosing the will to live as I have no energy at all and want to sleep all day . Any advice

anya20306 Don't just accept 'fine', that just means the results are somewhere within range, but it's where in the range that's important.

Ask your surgery for a print out of your results, including the reference ranges, then post them for members to comment.
