Hi Kate, Thanks for posting this link. I've just watched Episode 4 and found out some really interesting facts on toxin exposure and their links with autoimmune diseases. I think it's a brilliant documentary. I've been following Amy Myers and Isabella Wentz for some time now and love their research on Hashimotos and Thyroid Issues. They recommend doing a Paleo to AIP gut healing protocol and then getting on to the Low Dose Naltrexone which helps normalise the body's immune system. Apparently there have been some instances where people have been able to reduce their antibodies right down and on a few occasions get off their thyroid meds. What are your thoughts on it?

Yes I've been toying with the idea of LDN for some time. Bought the LDN book which was fascinating. These talks have just pushed me again, I'm going to get some and give it a go, seems to be a no brainer to give a try as side effect free. Some amazing results with it especially with auto immune and cancer tumours which is very exciting.

I'm also taking a lot from Chris Wark and some of his dietary advice.

I'm feel so much better when stick to a strict diet. Waiting for latest results to see if my antibodies have come down. Take some really healthy smoothies daily turmeric, cinnamon, collagen powder(amazing) berries, green boost etc which seem to be helping my leaky gut as react less if I eat gluten by mistake.
