a5hl3y2208 It would be a good idea to get up to date tests with FT4 and FT3 done at the same time, plus antibodies, some of those are 6 months old.

A fingerprick test from Blue Horizon or Medichecks will do everything you need, either full thyroid plus vitamins and minerals or just thyroid TSH/FT4/FT3/Antibodies.

Are you supplementing for your vitamin and mineral deficiencies? If so what are you taking and the doses? You have a very long way to go with your B12, Ferritin and Vit D. Also folate as mid range is 11.5 not 8ish.

Can I ask where you get blood tests? My docs will only test TSH.

If you are in the UK you can get private blood tests done with Blue Horizon or Medichecks. They both offer fingerprick tests to do at home or by normal phlebotomy.

Medichecks medichecks.com/find-a-test/...

Blue Horizon makes a small donation to ThyroidUK for every test done, Medichecks doesn't.
